Overview: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our educational institution. The successful candidate will work towards creating a marketing team and training them; and collaborate with other departments to promote the institution’s ICSE, ISC, Pre-University College, and Degree College and its programs to potential students, parents, and stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, creative thinking, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a spirit of salesmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the institution and its programs to potential students, parents, and stakeholders.
2. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
3. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
4. Build relationships with external partners, such as schools, and community organizations, to promote the institution and its programs.
5. Organize and attend promotional events, such as open houses and fairs, to attract potential students and stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as admissions and academic departments, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic and lead generation, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make improvements as needed.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new approaches to reach and engage with target audiences.
9. Prepare dashboard reports and presentations at the agreed frequency and present the same to the Chairman.

Qualifications:

1. MBA or any Master’s degree
2. 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education industry.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as social media, email marketing, and website analytics.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
